In order to enhance the research capabilities of the students KNU has state of the art research center with all facilities needed for research including individual and group furniture, computers, video camera, LCD, projector, high speed wifi and reading and reference books. In addition, KNU offers crash courses on research to its students. KNU faculty members work together in contributing to its research journal.
In partnership with other organizations, KNU also conducts research projects in a number of cross cutting topics such as peace settlement, reintegration, CVE and de-radicalization; and other social and economic issues.
